fast foods
is it any wonder that Americans are fat. Hardly any one family sits down for a good meal. Fast foods are not good for you. They are filled with greese like hambergers, french fries and fried fish. Thechance of you getting a heart attack from these kinds of foods is pretty good. The price is good for this kind of food . If you have one dollar you can get a cheeseburger.Sodashas all this sugar in it . Is it any wonder are children are hyperactive. The soda that has no sugar is bad for you. You can get salads with dressing and meat in some fast food places This is O.K.if you are on a diet. Still you can get pies that are fried. Everything you order in these places is fried. The greese drips off of the hamburgers the french fries are fullof greese . What happened to a steak with a backed potatoe and a green vegetable. You can bake and boil these things. There is a small amount of fat on the steak but you can cut this away. the stores sell chicken and every type of meat and it is not expensive. Why are Americans killing themselves with fast foods ? My doctor says that fast foods are bad for you. People still have the choice of buying fast foods or good foods Why don't they buy the good foods? I can't answer this question maybe you can.

In Groups & Out Groups
Blog In Groups Out Groups 3/ 15/ 2011
In Group
In groups are the students who graduate from High School. The students that got good marks on their reports, the class president of the school, the cheer leaders, and the football players are in the In Group of students that graduate from High School. They got good marks in their studies. They were good in behavior from day to day existence, with accomplished goals. This was their norm. They get high paying jobs after graduation, and some go on to College.
Out Group
High school dropouts are the out group. These students have a very different kind of norm. Some of them drink booze and some take drugs. Their marks are bad in school. Some of them only go to school for fun. Some of them only go to tenth grade in high school. Dropouts do not get high paying jobs. They are looked at as uninteresting and ignorant people. Something should be done to make the out group an In Group.
